all individual artists whose studio is located in Columbia, Delaware, Dutchess, Greene, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster or Westchester counties.

every individual artist who registers will be included.

Saturday, July 19th and Sunday, July 20th, 2025. all studios must be open to the public from 11am to 6pm both days - there are no exceptions.

the first edition uos runs concurrently with the sixth edition of Upstate Art Weekend which connects thousands of residents and visitors to the arts upstate.

all artists must apply individually, even if you share a studio or a studio building.

individual artists’ names with a direct link to their website will be promoted on this website in June.

a google map of all studios will be shared on this website in June.

Upstate Art Weekend will promote uos as a partner event. 

all participating artists will receive digital assets to promote their involvement.

all artists must be present in their studios during uos (Saturday, July 19th and Sunday, July 20th, 2025 from 11am to 6pm both days).

for artists to promote their involvement - digital assets will be provided.

each studio must be accessible to, and easily located by, the general public.

each studio and artist is different! so however you wish to share your studio and your practice, is up to you!
